China account and data deletion
In the China app, open Profile, choose Delete Account, and confirm the request. You will be signed out immediately and a 7-day grace period will begin.
Data we delete
After the grace period, we delete or anonymize China-region profile data, sign-in identities, sessions, run records, statistics, music entitlements, Pro entitlements, referrals, and local data for that account. A separate Global account is not affected.
Data we may retain
We may retain de-identified payment, accounting, refund, anti-fraud, security, settlement, withdrawal and audit records for the period required by law or a legitimate compliance purpose.
Cancel during the grace period
During the 7-day grace period, sign in to the China app again with the same WeChat or Apple method to cancel the request. The account cannot be recovered after the grace period.
If you cannot use the App
Email us and state your MuzRun account number, China-region sign-in method and deletion request. We will help after verifying your identity.
